The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan is good at making enemies. In the past, most of them have been in the music industry, but he made one recently a little closer to home…his next door neighbors, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.

Why are they mad at him? It seems that a tree from Billy’s yard fell during a storm and landed on their house, causing a flood inside the home and knocking out power. Oh, did I mention Gayheart was in the house at the time and nine-months pregnant?



What I don’t understand is why they are suing Corgan. Shouldn’t their home insurance have taken care of the whole issue since the tree hit during a storm?

Seems like that would qualify as an act of nature to me, but Dane says they previously warned Corgan about how dangerous his trees were (Corgan denies this).

Sounds like someone is just trying to get paid to me. And we all know money issues usually equal enemies.

If they need cash, maybe Dane should just sell the sex tape with Gayheart, Kari Ann Peniche, and himself in it. I wouldn’t buy it, but downloading it on the internet might be an option.
